MOHURD (Housing Industrialization Promotion Center,

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction (the globally largest construction and investment enterprise), the CCSTC is an industry platform as well as a R & D platform for developing prefabricated construction in China. Besides the focus on prefabricated construction, the company has also formed building products system and technology systems with China Construction characteristics. Furthermore, a cooperation platform for the whole-industry chain has been built to fully popularize three integration conceptions which means ‘integration of design, manufacture and assembly’, ‘integration of architecture, structure, mechanical-electrical and decoration’ and ‘integration of technology, management, and market’. At present, the company has invested and constructed 10 domestically leading PC factories in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Tianjin, Wuhan, Changsha, Fujian, Zhengzhou and other places. These PC factories own full-automation production lines, and each is with an annual output of more than 250,000 cubic meters. Furthermore, the company has set up 10 regional companies and two branches of design and research institute. Therefore, the company is keeping a sustainable development in Beijing/Tianjin/Tangshan, Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and other economically developed regions.
